How long does delivery take?
Physical gift cards are typically delivered within three to five working days. During busy periods it can take a little longer, so please allow up to 10 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.

Do Nike Gift Cards expire?
No, our standard Nike Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. As long as there is balance remaining, the card can be used on eligible Nike purchases.
How can I check my gift card balance?
You can view the remaining balance at any time during checkout or by visiting your account and entering the card number and PIN in the “Gift Card Balance” section.
Can I buy Nike Gift Cards in bulk?
Yes. If you’re buying for a team, company or event, you can place a bulk order of digital gift cards. Minimum order values and local availability may apply depending on your country.
Where can I use my Nike Gift Card?
Nike Gift Cards can be used on nike.com and in selected Nike stores in participating countries. Availability may vary by location, so always check with the store before you visit.
Can I combine multiple gift cards?
You can apply more than one gift card to a single order, up to the maximum payment limit at checkout. If your order total is higher than your card balance, you can pay the difference with an accepted payment method.
What happens if my order is refunded?
Any amount paid with a Nike Gift Card will be returned to that gift card. If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will be split in proportion to the original payment.
Can I reload or top up my gift card?
At this time, Nike Gift Cards cannot be reloaded. Once the balance reaches zero, you’ll need to purchase a new card for future gifts.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Treat your gift card like cash. If it’s lost or stolen, contact Nike Support with proof of purchase as soon as possible. In some cases we may be able to cancel the card and reissue the remaining balance.
